This fully air conditioned villa has everything you need for a perfect holiday,with a 30ft by 15 ft heatable pool and oversize deck equipped with sun loungers poolside furniture and a gas barbecue, there are also pool toys and games for the children. All rooms have cable television, clock radios, ceiling fans and there is a DVD player in the lounge.

The kitchen is fully equiped with double range oven, built in microwave, double door fridge/freezer with ice/water dispenser, dishwasher and waste disposal, there is also a separate laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities.There are no rear neighbours so the pool overlooks a wonderful tropical conservation area which is often visited by assorted wildlife, also on site is a large communal pool, tennis courts and childrens play area.
