If the client(s) wish to cancel the booking once it has been confirmed this must be done in writing by the lead member of the booking party. Since this action would undoubtedly create a situation where the owners may not be able to re-sell the period booked, cancellation charges will apply as follows:-
More than 8 weeks(56) days before departure loss of deposit
40 to 56 days before departure 50% of rental
22 to 39 days before departure 75% of rental
Less than 22 days before departure 100% of rental
